Complete Defense Solutions, Inc. and Ai Arsenals, Inc. have in place a strategic partnership uniting CDS's defense M&A platform with Ai Arsenals' services to provide sovereign AI infrastructure solutions, mission operations, advanced manufacturing, and solutions for resilient energy capabilities.
On October 4, 2026, Complete Defense Solutions (CDS) entered into a Binding Letter of Intent with Ai Arsenals (AiA), providing for the acquisition by CDS of newly issued shares of AiA Series A Preferred Stock in exchange for shares of the Company’s Series A Defense Preferred Stock. At the time of a completed transaction, the existing strategic partnership will change to a minority equity position in AiA.
